    HOW TO SHOP AND ORDER WITH US.
    Do I need an account to shop or placed and order ?

    No! you do not need an account with Flyinn before placing an order , all you need is an email address to place and track your orders, access your wishlist and checkout order updates, we recommend setting up an account with Flyinn to enable easy access.
    If you create account with Flyinn and place an order, you’ll be automatically enrolled in our recurring customer policy program. With Flyinn , Every item you purchase will take you one step closer to unlocking exclusive reward packages.

    I’ve forgotten my password, what should I do?

    Follow the forgot your password link on our Sign In page and enter your email address. You’ll then receive an email to reset your password.

    How do I place an order on your website?
    Here’s how
    1 *Choose a category or brand from the top left navigation menu or search to explore a specific style or brand
    2 *Select your desired item and click Add To Bag. Once you’ve added all items, it’s time to checkout
    3 *Sign in to your account or, if you’ve not yet created one, continue via guest mode.

    Enter your address, payment method and delivery details to place your order. We’ll confirm the order and it will be carefully prepared and sent to you, with updates every step of the way.

    How much will I be charged for delivery?

    This varies depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items. The good news about Flyinn is ,we offer One Delivery Fee for orders above a certain threshold – this means you can order multiple pieces from multiple locations for one fee. You’ll see the delivery fee at the checkout.

    When will I receive my item and how can I track delivery?

    Once your order is confirmed by Flyinn , we’ll send it within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location and selected delivery method, delivery can take 2-10 business days. If you ordered from multiple brands and partner boutiques, your items will arrive separately. We’ll email you with the tracking information and an estimated delivery date when each item is sent.

    Why is Flyinn pricing different?

    It’s down to our unique business model. At Flyinn, you’re shopping items from our luxury brands and partner boutiques worldwide.
    Prices are determined by each Flyinn brand and partner boutique, so the price of the same item may vary depending on where it’s coming from and your location. That’s also why placing an item in your shopping bag or wishlist won’t reserve it at a particular price.
    Although we don’t have any control over price variation, we’ll always offer you the best price available to your destination when you place your order.
    To view the most accurate prices, select your delivery destination on our website.

    Which currencies can I shop in?

    This is determined by your delivery destination and will be displayed at checkout before placing your order. If your local currency is unavailable, your order will be charged in USD for a competitive exchange rate.

    RETURN & REFUND

    Our return policy is paperless as part of our Environmental commitment,
    This benefits our customers and everyone that shops from us .
    Please make sure each items is well taken When returning your items, please include any tags, accessories, branded boxes or cases that came with your order, in the reusable packaging. If anything is damaged or missing from your return, you may not receive your refund.

    2. Find the order you want to return and click Return Item(s)
    3. Select each item and your reason for returning

    REFUNDS ?

    Once your return has been received by our Team or partner boutique, it can take up to 3 calendar days to process. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, excluding any delivery costs. Refunds can take up to 14 days to show in your account, depending on your payment provider.

    RETURN POLICY

    Flyinn accepts returns within 14 days, starting from the day your order was delivered.
    Returned items must truly comply with our returns policy:
    * Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
    * Boxers ,Lingerie and swimwear must only be tried on over your own undergarments. Flyinn will not accept any returns that have been worn or are soiled so check every aspect well before placing an order
    * Made-to-order or customized items cannot be returned as they have been created to your specification unless the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you.
    * Unless the item is delivered to you defective or damaged, final sale products cannot be returned.
    * Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective box when returned.
    * When trying on footwear, please do not mark the soles or damage the shoe box.

    SIZE AND FIT
    Where can I find size conversion charts?

    The Size Guide option, located above the select size menu on the product description page, allows you to view our size conversion tables, google size conversion can also help or for more details contact support team .

    What distinguishes material, cut, size, and fit?

    Fit relates to how the item will fit on the body, cut is the silhouette,
    Material specifies what the item is made of, and size refers to the designer size on the label.View the Details and Size & Fit tab on the product information page to get this information.

    Why are there differences in designer sizes?

    Some designs fit larger or smaller than others, and international sizes vary significantly when converted. That’s why we provide specific information for each item.

    What if my item is too small?

    You can use our complimentary returns service to exchange an item if it doesn’t fit.Alternatively, you can contact our worldwide Customer Service staff or place another order online.

    How do I apply a promo ?

    All you need to do is add your eligible items to your shopping bag. Depending on the promo type,it will either be automatically applied, or you may have to manually enter it at checkout. If you have any questions, contact our global Customer Service at infor@flyinn.live

    The proposal

    “The proposal is highly dedicated to customers who have been with us for more than six months.

    i)this is an agreement between Flyinn, brands Advocate and our cherished customers. It deals in crediting products to regular customers and giving them maximum of 30 days to pay.

    ii) “We provide sneakers cleaning and clothing servicing to customers 2-3 times a year, based on your score or performance.”

    iii) We offer an exclusive yearly package for customers, covering all items in our collection.”

    One year proposal ✨

    Is purposely made for recurring customers . You have the freedom to select any available product of your choice for a year with your offspring , family and friends .

    All invoices computed annually will be divided into three or four months, depending on your option to pay before the following purchase.

    Are there any brands excluded from promotional discounts?
    Yes, only specific brands and products are eligible for promotional reductions.but for those on proposed lists are eligible for all iterms.
    We are unable to offer a list of products and brands that are not included.However , a promotional discount can be available for products that are marked or added to the promotions page.

    PRE-ORDER
    What does pre-order mean?

    You can get early access to The most sought-after items for the upcoming season will be available to you ahead of time.

    When do I have to pay ?

    Payment in full is required at checkout for pre-order items.

    Can I cancel a pre-order?

    Some of our brands and partner boutiques allow you to cancel an item before we prepare your order.
    To cancel an order :
    1. Go to Orders & Returns if you have an account. If you placed an order as a guest, enter your guest order number and email address here
    2. Select the items you want to cancel and your reason for cancellation.
    3. We’ll email you confirmation of your cancelled order.
    4. Text our support team for any assistance.
    Note : If your order has already been prepared, we can’t cancel your order — but we do offer a Free Returns service.

    Can I change my delivery address?

    Yes ,you can always change your delivery address if it has not been delivered.
    Go to Order Details in your account to check if you can change your address. You may not be able to if your item has already been sent.

    Are pre-order items refundable?

    Yes, just make sure items meet the conditions of our Returns Policy

    Will pre-order items be delivered with my other orders?

    No, they will be delivered separately according to the expected release date.

    Does buying pre-ordered products have a cap?

    Certain things that are pre-ordered can have order limits. This is so that everyone can have an opportunity to acquire the things they LOVE.
